We have been working in the hotel industry for several years now and have very good knowledge of it.We have complete many tight schedule requirements all over the UK.

Novotel is a chain and is part of the Accor hotel group for whom we have carried out works for in bars, reception and common areas.

Novotel Waterloo was a large bar area to receive a complete refurbishment. The existing area had to be stripped out and left safe with temporary 110v supplies installed for the works to commecnce. The works included bar equipment supplies such as drinks refridgeration, glass washers, three phase coffee machines etc.

The open seating area had digital dimming compact lighting with dimmable pendants hanging directly over the tables. The bar area had concealed digital dimmed T5 luminaires around the entire dropped bulkhead as well as underneath the bar’s length, all were sleeved in a light amber coat for a warm welcoming effect.

The works were complete while the hotel was still active so noise restrictions were paramount, due to this a lot of work was complete out of peak hours to limit disruption to residents staying at the hotel.
