The building was in a category A fit out situation and works comprised off small power, lighting, structured network cabling, a/c supplies and A/V requirements.

The small power was installed into recessed floor boxes fed via tap off underfloor power track, also presented in dado trunking and partitions. The comms room had dedicated commando sockets to serve UPS back up systems and PDU’s mounted in the comms cabinets. We installed many plasma tv’s inc RF / satellite signals to each. A/c supplies were installed new or altered to suit the new layout and cool the comms room.

A cat6 LSF structured network was installed tested and certified with a 25 year guarantee issued.

The existing LG3 lighting was altered throughout to suit the new layout, with new feature lighting installed in the breakout and Halo areas. All lighting was controlled via PIR movement sensors.

Three hour emergency lighting inc running man signs were installed to satisfy current regulations.

There were many conference room’s with basic video conference installed by us and one very high spec 14 man video conference "Halo" room.
