Cache

Project Description - New Electrical and Network install
Project Cost - £85,000

The Client is in the education sector involved with children’s exams etc and is a charity run business, we have been working with Cache for many years and have been involved with their movements and growth and have assisted with four buildings they have occupied.

Apex house is the most recent install and was complete in July 2009, the building had been empty for approximately 6 years, was in a cat A situation and was purchased by Cache.

The works were complete in a short program to suit the clients needs and included mains distribution and sub-mains, Comms requirements with UPS back up and change over switches, floor boxes fed via underfloor power track situated under each desk, tea stations and breakout areas, conference rooms, reception area, a full cat6 stuctured network install tested and certified, a Periodic Inspection Report was complete on the existing circuits as the due date had expired inc all common areas, sub-mains and under ground car park.

An upgraded lighting install was complete inc recessed 600 x 600 LG3 luminaires and recessed compact flourecsents inc various locations. Three hour emergency lighting inc running man signs were installed to satisfy current regulations.
